When thinking of France, do you think of the wine, the cheese, the sunny vacations and the charismatic
Napoleon sized president? But did you think of French cinema as well? Few people know that France
possesses a very rich film culture. On a yearly basis, our southern neighbors deliver many beautiful films,
and you can go and see them!
From the 2nd till the 9th of November, the French Institute Groningen and film theatre ForumImages
organize the 15th edition of the French film festival Ciné Premières. Visiting this festival means getting a
unique glance at the diversity of French cinema.
